All I want for Christmas....

So the husband has been asking me what would I like for Christmas...thing is that I want everything and anything...okay maybe not everything...and maybe not just anything...so here's a list of some things that I would like...not asking to get everything on my list...but if I did...that would be AWESOME!

88 Original Palette

88 Original Palette
So as you can see the first thing on the list is from Coastalscents.com.  I would actually like the 88 Original Palette, Ultra Shimmer Palette, and Metal Mania Palette.  All three vary in price.  The Original palette is $18.95, Ultra Shimmer is $19.95, and the Metal Mania is $24.95...all worth it!  If I HAD to pick only ONE...I would like the Ultra Shimmer Palette! =)  I am a sparkle kind of girl!

The next thing I would like is....The Slushy Magic.  We had seen this product at the LA County Fair.  Thing is that I was going to buy it...except we had took my cousin's daughter with us that year.  So...being a parent...you learn to make sacrifices for your kids.  So as you might have guessed...the Slushy Magic stayed at the LA Fair!  I have recently seen it on TV again and now I really want it...so what better time to ask for it than Christmas!

For those  of you who know me...you know how I'm so OBSESSED with this brand of pickles.  The only problem is that they are only sold in Texas.  The jar on the website is sold for $8.99...then plus shipping...so about $23.00.  My friend has told me that they sell for about $5.99 a jar at the Targets in Texas...think a road trip might be needed to get this as a Christmas gift this year.

I would like the MJ and BEP video games for Kinect!  Since we got the Kinect  we haven't played any games on it...okay well I haven't played any games on it.  We do have the MJ game for Wii...but you have to hold the controller...Kinect...you don't!

So I saved this one for last! Again for those of you who know me...LOL you would know that I'm not an occasional coffee drinker.  Thing is...you can also use this to make Tea...sure I'm an Iced Tea kind of girl so this gift would be perfect for me *wink*wink*...I think I just want to see it make a cup of coffee with those tiny cups that look like mini creamers!

If I don't get anything on my list...I would like a new sweater...a pair of socks that my shoes won't eat (still haven't figured that one out)...an electric griddle (not sure what I would use it for) or a day at my favorite Spa will do!

Remember Christmas is about giving...not receiving! So with that said...I can't wait to shop for others...I kinda have gifts in mind for others...I just don't know who I will get in our gift exchange!

By the way...I get to shop in the toy section once again! OMG who knew being a parent would be so much fun! I can't wait to buy toys for my baby! Sure he won't understand what's going on and sure they will add to the very large mess already in my living room....but I still can't wait! =)

What are you Watching!?

So recently I have taken over the TV 3 days out of the week.  Okay, well most of the time I do rule the TV but especially on Tuesday...Wednesday....and Sunday!  On Tuesday it is Sons of Anarchy.  On Wednesday it is American Horror Story.  Then on Sunday it is The Walking Dead.  Do you see a theme of killing/dead people?? LoL

Sons of Anarchy: this one is about a motorcycle club...not the street bikes...actual motorcycles! Anyways as it starts they mainly con/frame people to get money.  They had to head sheriff on their side until he retired.  Now this season they are dealing with drug cartel and sales of guns.

American Horror Story: This show...you really have to watch to understand.  There is a family that has typical family issues that moved into a house...a murder house!  Normally in the first 5 minutes or so they show a murder that took place in the house years before the current family moved in.  The weird thing about this show...you have NO CLUE who is dead and who is alive.  From the very start of the show...you think everyone is alive....but as time goes on...you figure out they they are actually dead and haunting the house.  Anyways the the wife sleeps with this guy thinking it was her husband...but yeah...doesn't look like it is...anyways she get prego and now I think its a demon baby.  Only time will tell....

The last show is The Walking Dead:
Well just from the title you pretty much know what the show is about.  It is the typical zombie movie but made into a TV show.  So the zombies bite you...you die...then you become a zombie...simple! Of course there has to be a group of survivors trying to out run the zombies.  From what I have been told is that this show is based off of a comic book.  I just love it cause its like a scary movie to watch during the week!  FYI...from watching this show...I call my son Zombie Baby cause he is in the biting phase of his life...thing is...now its like a game for him that when I start yelling Zombie Baby...he attacks!

Halloween!

I know, I know...its a little late for this...but its hard for me to find the time to blog...not only that but I had to get the pictures from Oscar to make this one a cute one! =)

So here it goes! We went shopping for Jesse's costume early in October.  The costume that we got him had two versions.  One was the deluxe version and the other was...a cheaper version.  The deluxe version had 'horns' on the head and the cheaper version had 'three eyes'.  I didn't like the thought of my baby wearing 'horns' for his first Halloween...so we got the cheaper version cause I just thought it was so cute!  So it was the very last one in stock...and due to a malfunction (a small hole) we got the costume for half price.  We paid $6.50 for his costume.  Gosh...now that I think about it...Jesse is going to think that his parents are cheap!

Last year, we had seen this church that was having 'Trunk or Treat'!  In the parking lot of the church, different cars would decorate their 'trunk' of their car and pass out candy.  Since it was the first Halloween out for the baby, we didn't have plans to cover the whole neighborhood.  We did go to the church and made Jesse walk to each car...hey, he had to work for his candy!

Jesse got a good amount of candy from that church so we decided to leave.  Just as we were about to leave, they announced that they were having a costume contest.  Oscar decided that we should put Jesse in the contest.  So...Guess who WON?!?!? Yup, that's right! Jesse won the costume contest!  I have always told Oscar that Jesse would do really good in Pageants but he just won't let me put him in one!  One day I will do it and prove my baby is a winner! =)

So...here are the pictures you have all been waiting for! ENJOY!

Yup its been a Year...

I really need to start doing this more often...but having a Zombie Baby that takes up most of your time, it doesn't make blogging easy!

So since I last left off...so much has taken place.  The little one is now a year old! Wow, where has the time gone!  For months, Oscar and I wanted to plan a very big party to celebrate the big day.  After much advice from friends and family, we decided to keep it very small instead.  So small that only siblings of ours and our parents were invited.  Since we were not having a very big celebration, we had decided to make the party on his actual birthday.  So off to Chuck E Cheese we went...I mean where else would we have celebrated his first birthday!

Overall, Jesse got some really good gifts! Only both of his grandmas gave him clothes! Go figure! Everyone else gave him a toy to add to my living room floor!

We are very lucky to have many pictures of his cake cutting...considering since my BIL missed the very big moment! He forgot to push record on the video camera during the Happy Birthday song...if we had known, we would have did a re-take! =)
